Pilke Lights
Behind the Finnish label PILKE are designers Tuula Hocksell and Leena Liedenpohja. Inspired by the quiet forests of southern Finland, they founded a brand that blends nature, design and lightness with effortless harmony. The name PILKE – Finnish for “twinkle of the eye” – perfectly captures the playful spirit of their lighting pieces.
PILKE’s designs are bold and contemporary, defined by a striking interplay of geometric, sculptural shapes and intricate shadow play.
Each piece is crafted exclusively in southern Finland using FSC®-certified wood sourced from local forests. The production combines fine craftsmanship with state-of-the-art computer technology – authentic, local and made to last.
