Food is more than just a pleasure – it is a visual element that can be staged like any other design object. Terra Futura plays with contrasts: lots of natural green meets cool chrome, soft shapes meet graphic lines, opulence meets reduction. Everything looks slightly artificial. Our interior stylist, Marie Sophie Ganghofner, shows how a table can be stylishly staged with shiny chrome elements and natural plants, making the meal a true highlight.
Green bites to start with: pumpernickel with ricotta cream and basil oil, alongside tender pea tartlets on mint and pea cream – a green twist with depth and contrast.
