To use, simply place your thumb on the lid and off you go - chopping, mixing and blending ingredients with the stainless steel blade. It's great for chopping onions, garlic, dressings, sauces, breadcrumbs and dough. You can even make whole recipes like edamame hummus or pesto. Choose between two speeds with a pulse function for coarse or fine results. If you need to add liquid ingredients such as oil, you can use the drizzle hole in the lid to add it without interrupting the process.
