Ludo Game Carl Larsson

This classic board game is part of our Carl Larsson collection. The playing pieces and dice are in four colors, which can also be found in the Larsson House in the Swedish province of Dalarna. A blue-striped cotton bag is used to store the playing pieces. Young and old will have fun here, and kids can learn to count at the same time. When you roll the dice, you need a 1 or a 6 to leave your circle and hop onto the playing field. Thanks to the drilled holes, the pieces stand there safely and securely. If you land on a space where another player's piece is already standing, you send that piece back to its circle. The aim of the game is for all your pieces to complete a circle around the playing field until they reach the center.
