The frame, made of solid pine wood, is FSC-certified and designed for longevity; sewn-in foam padding with a pocket spring core guarantees the characteristic shape. Thanks to an easy click system, it can be expanded as desired. Cover: 70% recycled leather, 30% polyester Recycled leather consists of 70% real leather waste that is produced during leather production. 30% of the composition is a protective layer of polyester, which makes the leather particularly robust and durable. Tested to 30.000 cycles on the Martindale scale, the fabric offers outstanding resistance to wear - perfect for everyday use. Covers are not removable. The product is delivered flat packed to save space - after mounting the legs it can be used immediately.

At least 30% of the leather used in this product is recycled. Recycled leather is made out of leather scrap and offcuts thus reducing the amount of waste generated in traditional leather manufacturing . The recycling process also requires less water and energy consumption and does not involve the use of chemical solvents. This product is made from sustainably sourced wood that is FSC® certified (FSC® N003477). The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC®) ensures economically viable, socially and environmentally sustainable management of the world's forests. The FSC seal guarantees that wood products come from responsibly managed forests or other responsible sources that uphold community rights and protect ecosystems. This product contains CertiPUR™ certified foam. CertiPUR™ is a certification programme for the environment, health and safety properties of polyurethane foam used in bedding and upholstered furniture applications.
